Maybe it was just my luck, but before we went to The Spot, I was told to expect an excellent filet mignon. This recommendation came from someone, who I would say knows what he is talking about when it comes to food. As I expected, I ordered the filet, but when it came out, I was not overly excited. I do not think it was cooked medium as I requested, rather awfully close to well. Good thing others, ordered various other dishes I could leech of. The greatest dish was the mushroom soup. I have to also add the fries were also quiet impressive. Besides the food, the environment in this bar was rather lively, and the night we attended was trivia which just added another level of excitement to the meal.

I admit from the start, Howl At The Moon, is not a restaurant and it is a chain! So why is it listed on your website of restaurants, where you choose not to mention chains? Very simple, I had a great time there! If one person finds this review and goes to Howl at the Moon, I am a happy camper. Oh, wait on second thought they do have beer, so at least it can be classified as a bar, and well we have a bar section here so PERFECT!
Enough of the nonsense, and I shall get to the point, Howl at the Moon is a dualing piano bar. I have never been to one before and it was simple there was a band, which would take requests and play songs on the piano. They had some additional instruments but the piano was the key instrument. What really impressed me was that they knew the song, the history, how to play it all based on the crowds request. There is no other way to put it, this was just an amazing experience, and if you are ever in a location with a Howl at the Moon I suggest you check it out first thing!
